About us

Transport & Logistics Finance is a commercial finance brokerage arranging asset finance, commercial mortgages and short-term lending for UK transport and logistics operators. We arrange finance through a panel of lenders and funders; we are not a lender.

Finance is indicative and mostly unregulated

Any rates or terms quoted are indicative only and subject to lender approval, valuation and status. Commercial lending to limited companies and other commercial borrowers is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Some agreements, for example consumer hire or lending to a sole trader or individual, can be regulated; where a transaction would be regulated or would otherwise require FCA authorisation, we refer it to an appropriately authorised firm. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal or tax advice, and you should take independent advice before borrowing.

We are a finance arranger and introducer, not a lender, and we do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. Asset finance, commercial mortgages and short-term lending arranged for limited companies and other commercial borrowers are unregulated commercial lending that falls outside the Financial Conduct Authority's regulated perimeter. Some agreements, for example consumer hire or lending to a sole trader or individual, can be regulated; where a transaction would be a regulated agreement or would otherwise require FCA authorisation, we refer it to an appropriately authorised firm.
