How it works

How we arrange your finance

We are a broker for transport and logistics operators. Our job is to match your deal to the right funder and keep it moving from enquiry to funds. Here is the full process.

Estimate a repayment
The four steps

From enquiry to on the road

01

Tell us the need

A new tractor unit or trailer, a fleet refresh, a yard to buy, or cash flow to smooth. We start from your operation, not a product.

02

We place it with the right funder

We take the case to the lenders whose criteria fit the asset, the term and your trading record, then compare the terms that come back.

03

You take delivery or draw the funds

The truck goes on the road, the yard completes, or the facility is drawn. We keep the paperwork moving so you are not held up.

04

You repay as it earns

Payments are spread over the working life of the asset or the life of the facility, so the finance is paid from what the business earns.

Why use a broker

One enquiry, the whole market

Approaching lenders one at a time is slow and shows every rejection on your file. A broker presents your deal once, to the funders it actually fits.

We start from your operation

Not from a product. We look at the asset or need, how the business trades and your timescale, then work out which facility fits.

We place it across the market

We approach the funders whose criteria suit the deal, so you are not limited to one lender's appetite or rate card.

We keep the deal moving

We chase the paperwork with you, the lender and any valuer or solicitor, so a truck or a completion is not held up by admin.

We are straight about the cost

We set out the rate, the term and every fee before you commit, so there are no surprises when the documents arrive.

The result: the asset earns while you pay for it, the base completes, or the cash-flow gap closes, without you spending weeks chasing lenders.

FAQ

How it works: FAQs

How does a finance broker help?

We take one enquiry and present it to the funders whose criteria fit your asset, term and trading record, then compare the terms that come back. That saves you approaching lenders one by one and helps you choose on the numbers rather than the first offer.

What do you need from me to start?

For asset finance, the vehicle or trailer details (make, model, year, price) and your recent accounts or management figures. For property finance, details of the yard or depot and the operating company. The more you can share up front, the faster we can place it.

How long does it take?

Asset finance decisions can come back within days once we have the asset details and your accounts. Property finance takes longer because of valuation and legal work. We will give you a realistic timescale at the start.

Do you charge a fee?

There is no charge to enquire. Where a broker fee applies to a specific facility we tell you before you commit, alongside the lender's own arrangement and, where needed, valuation and legal costs.
